wave in some colours

HI When printing solid colours i find i can see the wave a littlle, i am using flexi sign 8.1 v1, i still trying to understand the graphics 1 and quality 1- 4 and there is banner . I am using Arlon DPF 4560 GT but when i use the icc profile it prints dark to the image, so i use oracal 3651G graphics 1.

What is the best setting for the material and how can i stop the waves in some solid colours?
