Where to get Flying Banners?

do you mean flyiing banners like the ones that fly behind airplanes, or the feather flags,
there is a company in texas that does the airplane kind, i'll see if i can find the name..

Sorry,
I guess they are also called feather banners. Banners on fiberglass poles and bent. Installed on a base.

are you asking about the 'Bali Flags'?
cos if they are Polyester then they can be dye sub printed no trouble
