Where's my top toolbar?

I have a very basic question, I think. I opened Illustrator (CS3) today and my top toolbar is missing and I can't figure out how to get it back. I have the tools on the left and my flyout windows on the right. It's the top toolbar that has the size, position and other stuff. Sorry if I'm not giving enough info. Any idea how to get it back? Thanks!

Try hitting the "f" button on your keyboard. It changes the view of your workspace.

With Illustrator open hit your "TAB" key. You can toggle the menu bar on and off with the "TAB" key.
You might have hit it accidentally.
