Who Prints a Small Volume of Poly Banners

We have a client who is convinced he needs cheap "Bud-Lite" type event banners. We sub out digital banners and have quoted him product from signs365.
Does anyone print a cheaper, less durable Banner in a quantity 20-2'x4'? The client is ongoing and reliable. Please help.

find a grand format printer (billboard type) and gang them up as one. No finish. You do the trim work. Shouldn't be much.
