why does this happen

Hey Guys I have corel x5 if i create a solid back ground colour then have text on top apply Small black glow around the text then export as eps. open in Versa work when it imports and displays on screen its like doesnt look like what it did on corel screen enther does it print nice has a big soild circle around outside of text.

is it how iam exporting it?

Versaworks may not be able to understand Corel's use of transparency to make that soft shadow when you export it as a live effect.
Best to flatten your text & shadow onto the solid background and export that.
Under the bitmap" drop down menu > "convert to bitmap" will do it.

Try converting it to a bitmap or export it as a tiff or PDF. If you go PDF be sure the page size is the blank size.

save the whole things as .jpg and print.
