I but after I did, I can navigate much more quickly in 8 that I can in 7.

Because many one click events in in 7 are now two and three click events in win8..

It really is quicker in Win 8 on my cintiq. I'm a huge fan of Win 7, but on the right platform Win 8 is really nice and very easy and quick to navigate.
