I don't want to post this so others can see.... because I don't like sharing some info with the whole world if you get my meaning, the roal sovergin(sp?) is probably the best of the ones you listed, but if I were you I would look on ebay there are a few listed there now, there is a real nice seal with a start bid of 1,900 or so in california
with a machine like that you cant go wrong I have a seal 62 image plus it was a 20K machine new bought it for 4k and had to drive 1400 miles to get it but worth every penny and mile, I dont know how close you live to california but if it is a doable drive I would bid on it and make the trip, stay away from the seal base model it is a cheap pos. and stay away from the chinese crap, the gbc, seal, ledco are all good machines if you stay away from the base models, if you keep your eye on ebay something will turn up and you will get a way better machine than just the base models for the same or maybe even cheaper, good luck
