      Hi Bobby, Just read your post here in Austalia regarding print /cut setup. My last tech replaced heads and circuit board 9 months ago (lightning strike ), 3 month later carriage came loose and crashed into stainless cover housing wiper blades and damaged top inkjet holes on the magenta. One screw missing and 3 loose screws!!! Since then I prefer to tackle things myself. My crop mark readings are 0.3v 3.7v and 3.7v
      and cutting 30mm to far to the right, perfect on carriage side. Any information would be extremely helpful, thankyou Peter
      PS. inspite of damage my sp-540v still prints very well, only very small letters are slighly blurred
