I have a sp540i and a sp 300. The sp300 only has 2 pinch rollers and does not seem to track right. We have extra track rollers for our so540i. They just dont seem to push on the bar on the sp 300. Are they interchangable? Or how can I add more pinch rollers on a sp300. Thanks

I purchased a sign shop and a rite media laminator was included. For the life of me I can't get it to laminate without wrinkling the laminate. Does anyone have experience with this type of laminator. I need suggestions and probably tension setting. TIA

I am trying to connect a gerber hs15 to my computer. I am running windows 7, and have flexi 10.. I do have a gerber cable, but I just can't make it all work. Dazed and confused!!

Problem solved. I downloaded acrorip 9.03. You can control the ink channels in most epsons.

Hi Frank I have the flexi 21 for another week or so but cancelled it, due to getting a copy of flexi 10. So can I create the ink channels in 21 then import to 10? Thanks for the reply!

we are converting it to c,m,y,k,w,w,w Was wondering if we could import this ink mode into flexi.

We are researching if we can get flexi 10 to do a white underbase to do DTF. Is there a way to add more color modes in the set up or color correction? TYIA

I have a vj1608. I am converting it to eco sol. I have 2 problems, 1 the gasket under the manifold keeps leaking, 2 the ribbon that attaches to circuit board on one of the sides let go. So can I somehow reattach the ribbon back to the board. Also where do I get the gasket. TIA

I have just converted my vj 1608 to eco sol. The 350 a bag of ink is ridiculous. I now need to unlock the printer so I don't need ink cards. I have read it can be done through the mutoh firmware program. I need the file for the ink side and some instructions. TIA

I have tried all your suggestions and it still prints double in width every time. I can not get the air dryer to work at all. I did update the firmware and heater files, but it did not help. This printer is frustrating!
