I have a Mimaki JV33 and in the middle of a print it stopped recognizing the cyan cartridges both of them. I put a new cartridge and nothing any ideas?

I have a JV33, today i had a error 200 head memory error. After turning it off and on a couple times the error stopped but now the printer only prints a big blue band even the head nozzle check is a big blue band. I have been told it could be the head, main board or another board anyone ever...

Possibly Blade depth, speed or a combination of both. the blade may need to be out a bit more i just perf cut 600 stickers today. also there are i think 7 different half cut path patterns that it will cut i forget which i use i think its #5 but id have to check

Does anyone have any suggestions for loading the HP 360 without all of the waste material? I use heat transfer material and its pretty expensive and hate wasting 54"x15" give or take every time i load it

Perf Cut in the Forward blade position in the channel not on the strip i have a 8600 never changed the strip. On the Mimaki there is a sponge in the front position for the half cut

I have a stand alone Mimaki CGFX Cutter and a Graphtec, yes you have to change the blad position but if i am doing perf and kiss cut i kiss cut everything 1st then run through the perf cut after so its not back and fourth with changing the blade back and fourth. Also i bought a cheap blade...

Perf Cut/ Half Cut on my Mimaki or my Graphtec is the way i go if you're having issues it's all in the settings. I was ready to throw my Graphtec in the street when i got it now its Awesome. Maybe sometimes i use a Rototrim if the decals need to be in sets

After adjusting a few things i think i got it! I did a few 5' banners getting better

I just bought one from the NBM show, so far I'm not sure if the settings for 13oz forward banner are too hot or the speeds or maybe I just need to adjust the machine

I get a lot of orders for Digitally printed stickers for my Mimaki but i'm trying to find the most time/cost effective way to cut say 500 stickers. I have a Mimaki Cutter with Half Cut but that is kind of slow, anyone have a better solution?
