Question Mimaki JV33 ink issue

I have a Mimaki JV33 and in the middle of a print it stopped recognizing the cyan cartridges both of them. I put a new cartridge and nothing any ideas?

What's the exact ink error is it giving you? There are a couple things it could be.

Mine is doing the same thing. Says Ink error 30

Shows ink levels on all colors but the two yellow carts. just happened will printing a test strip Any help would be awesome!

It gives you that error when one or more of the ink cartridges are empty so it doesn't want to do a nozzle check. It sounds like your yellow ink end sensors are malfunctioning or they really are just empty. If there is ink in the cartridges and they still say empty, the sensors are probably broken or you might even just have bad chips.
