    Hello I have a VJ1624 S/C error on all inks. The inks worked in my other 1624. I swapped the junction board which did not help. Also I cannot get the MSA to go into the Technician Mode. Any ideas

    Good News, Between gravity, sitting two days and several head cleanings i have my old head printing better than it was. ill try another soaking and several cleanings before i give up on the old head, I got invovled after the new head was bought. thanks chris
