  1. Need input on replacement cutter

I would submit for your consideration the excellent TPS-brand cutters. While not as well known as the big names, we have placed a few already this year because buyers can see the value in a solid, well-featured, and well-supported flatbed cutter.
  2. Selling a flatbed?

We have moved this model of printer many times. There are still buyers for 365s, and the cost of buying a well-treated used printer plus moving expenses is still less than a brand new machine. You could list the printer in a number of places, including here (Signs101) and on Global Garage.
  3. Ventilation for flat bed UV printing

I don't have any ventilation system solutions, but some UV inks stink a lot less than others.
  4. UV Printable Acoustic Panels

He may not be on this site, but contact Mike at Aosa Image in California. He has UV printed on acoustic panels in the past.
  5. Looking for affordable on-site or remote tech support for two UV printers

If Print1 doesn't work out for whatever reason, consider us your second choice. We're in LA but regularly provide remote support to our customers, as well as on-site service as needed.
  6. Best UV Printers for Braille Signs

I'm glad your experiences have been good, but we have many customers throughout the US who report below average to poor service from Canon. Also, Touchstone software is not required to print height files. It's an intermediary cash grab that Canon sells :)
  7. Vanguard VK3220t-HS - Any thoughts?

I agree with MarkSnelling above in that the tech in the VK3220T-HS is more widely available than the price may suggest. Here is a video of our Sova Glyph, also with Kyocera heads, magnetic drive, automatic height detector, and more, running at last year's Printing United show in Vegas. We...
  8. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

    That would be the X9.
  9. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

We should make the differences between the X9 and other models more obvious--our bad. The table size is the same as as the X7, but the X9 comes standard with 2 tool heads, a router head, and an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for the router. The additional heads and ATC greatly increase efficiency...
  10. Flat Bed Cutter Recommendations

Oh hey, that's us! :) There's probably similarities to Zund (only so many ways to make a flatbed cutter look, after all), but TPS is a well-established brand that makes many different types of machines. We were impressed by their cutters and agreed to distribute and support their machines in...
  11. So, I Joined the Summa Cult... New Acquisition S120 T Series

Appropos of (almost) nothing, are you a Battletech fan?
  12. Vanguard VR6D Ink problems

Basically, as it has many times been noticed by us, that all Vanguard equipment is built with Chinese BYHX printing control management systems and boards, which is the cheapest DIY kit available among third-party suppliers. This may not at first seem significant, but it means that unfortunately...
  13. New flatbed recommendations

Hi Advanced Display, If you're still searching for a new flatbed printer, consider taking a look at our Sova Glyph. With the best technology available, including Kyocera heads, magnetic rails, and LED curing lamps, the Sova is a seriously impressive machine with a more than reasonable price. We...
  14. Advice on buying a UV Flatbed printer

Hi Dan, I see that you've already received a bunch of good advice and recommendations already. I humbly submit the Sova Glyph UV flatbed printer for your consideration. Boasting the best available technology, including Kyocera heads, LED curing lamps, and magnetic rails, we envisioned the Sova...
