I would submit for your consideration the excellent TPS-brand cutters. While not as well known as the big names, we have placed a few already this year because buyers can see the value in a solid, well-featured, and well-supported flatbed cutter.

We have moved this model of printer many times. There are still buyers for 365s, and the cost of buying a well-treated used printer plus moving expenses is still less than a brand new machine. You could list the printer in a number of places, including here (Signs101) and on Global Garage.

I don't have any ventilation system solutions, but some UV inks stink a lot less than others.

If Print1 doesn't work out for whatever reason, consider us your second choice. We're in LA but regularly provide remote support to our customers, as well as on-site service as needed.

I'm glad your experiences have been good, but we have many customers throughout the US who report below average to poor service from Canon. Also, Touchstone software is not required to print height files. It's an intermediary cash grab that Canon sells :)
