Had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago, allow special permission through your firewall. I ended up installing AVG and giving permission from there...solved the issue no probs!

Hover over any of the tool palettes on the side margins, right click your mouse and select VIEW - done!

Um...why don't you just go back to using Flexi? Version 22 is what we use here with no issue. Other than a few additions and tweaks the program hasn't changed that much (maybe from v4 yes it has). Cloud based license I think I pay around $70 a month here in Australia, but I get all the updates...

Try FRITZ-QUAD - FRITZQUADRATA, 'n' is a bit different but just a simple tweak.

We always design with this in mind as details do change. Phone numbers in particular we will cut in vinyl and apply over print after install.
