Running Flexisign Pro 10.5 and a few weeks ago it started clipping all the corners of the outlines. I had this happen to me a few months ago but can't remember for the life of me how I fixed it. It will produce rounded corners if I select that but the squared corners gives me the clipped corners.

Way more substrates. Vehicle wraps happen but not many.

We replaced the print head.

The nozzle check looks ok. Has a couple nozzles missing on the cyan. I ran a test print >bi d and attached a pic. The second channel of the cyan has some deflection. I also cleaned the encoder strip with no changes in the print.

I have read this before. I don't see a description on how to "reset" the pump service life timer. Do I just "Initialize" to reset? That would be my guess but I don't like to guess with this machine. Thanks for your help. Charlie Thomas

I have 6 heads. I have not changed the same head twice. Maybe they (GEI) changed the dampers when they changed the heads then. If so the colors I'm having trouble with dampers have been changed. Thanks Charlie
