Ok i know this is highly unlikely but does anyone know of a way to fix a head on a jv33 that is leaking black through all other channels im pretty sure the head is shot and have a new one ordered just curious to see if i can fix it thanks!!

and can you print legible text under 9 point with white behind the text first without the white edging the outside of the actual color i want?

what is the highest gap setting on the q5-1000?

Is there a better flatbed printer than this that runs faster has less issues and can print more fine smaller text? any suggestions are welcome thanks ;)

31% is to low i keep mine between 50 and 60 you do not want to go any higher than that though or you will ruin your material

I had the same issue with a different machine and program but i saved the file as a tif and it fixed the problem hope this helps

and if you dont have access to a press but do have access to a printer that prints on sublimation paper like a heidelberg 4 color press that will press off just as good as the water based ink we use on our sublimation paper

it doesnt have to be printed on heat press vinyl we use sublimation paper and run our cloth materials through a big rotary press we also have small heat press too for smaller jobs

the main board is bad its throwing sparks

So i came in this morning and i sent a job over to my machine it ran one line of ink and then a loud beep and just shut off i cannot get it to come back on when i flip the power on the screen lights up and then shuts off my power save button is still lit up but will not let me work on the...

well i figured it out i called a tech he never called back ive been working on it for 3 days i finally got it after you install the head you go under drop pos correct and set it to negative or positive where ever the lines match up after that your registration should be on point i have never had...

if anyone has a good tech please post there contact info its for a jv33 i am trying to get the registration on the head to line up.
