I had processes and excel spreadsheets to quote/price jobs but I've been doing this so long I just look at it for a minute or a day and barf out a number that seems too high. Then I mull it over for a minute or another day and make it higher.
Did you really just recommend calendared vinyl with calendared lam for a wall???
You will have shrinkage and glue lines, it will be a mess in 6 months. Use a wall product on walls...
Before changing any heads you need to check run the FORCE DROPLET DETECTION, this tells you how many heads are clogged.
Once you run it, write down the numbers for each head and then run a cleaning on all heads and run the test again. This will tell you what's really going on with your heads...
Or just don't worry about it...I've had my own shop since 1996, haven't lost one customer do to them dying or getting hurt in my shop. Insurance guys get paid to worry about everything, doesn't mean you have to.
