I am trying to find a profile for General Formulations 220 6mil semi-rigid vinyl. I am using a Roland Versacamm SP-300V and tried printing using the generic vinyl profile but the print quality was not good. Any recommendations?

I just got some General Formulations 220 6mil semi rigid print vinyl and was looking for a recommended profile since Roland doesn't seem to offer one for that specific print media. I tried the Generic Vinyl setting but I'm getting bad print results. Any recommendations? I'm using a Roland SP-300V

Can anyone recommend a thick print vinyl that is easier to apply? I am shipping some window graphics to someone and its needs to be a bit more rigid so there is less risk of creases and bubbles.

I did try flattening the image but I did it with the cut line still there. I did what you said and removed the cut line and then flattened and then brought back the cut line. It worked! Thank you, I appreciate your help!

I removed the text and the background and left only the transparent vectors and then flattened. I then added the text back and it got rid of the white boxes around the text. So that issue is resolved. Thank you My other issue is the transparency doesn't really look transparent when printed. The...

I just printed it and it has the white boxes around the text and around the one non transparent vector. The transparent vectors do not have a white box and they hardly look transparent. I will try and flatten and then add the text and see if that works. Thank you
