Not shure. I think it is a setting about "Masking". You have the possibility to set the cassette id for every mask to white. About the red signs: set black as a spot color in the file.

You´re welcome. About white: You can set Color Control to print more than one white layer. As far as I remember, you can set this in the "Advanced"-Tab of Color Control. If you post a screendump of this tab, I can show it to you.

Do you need white ink? The UCJV330 is not just an UJV100 with cutter, it has a higher production speed too. And while für an UJV100 you need to decide bevore filling if you want to print white under color or white over color, on an UCJV you can do both driven by the print mode.
