  1. PNC-1000 SERVICE manual here

Just an update: one of the pinch roller rubbers came loose from it's brass bushing and was causing issues. Took the bushing out, super glued the rubber onto it and re-installed so I could finish setting up the plotter. New pinch rollers are on their way here. Thanks again, Ian, for the service...

Thank you Ian for your quick response sending me the Service Manual! I have not yet switched back to just the printer cable, have been using serial. I will report back with what ever I discover.

Hello Ian, I've had a PNC 1000 since it was new. Starting to cut a little funny just lately. Funny as in not accurate. Would you please send me the Service manual in PDF format. Thank You, Gale gtsharp3@gmail.com

  7. New Sign for Shop/Garage

Best money I've ever spent on tools! I'll try to cover the basics and then if you have any specific questions, I'll try my best to answer. Bought the plans and joined the forum/tech support in 8-10 at a cost of $100. Did a lot of reading and study, started the build in 9-10. An extremely...
  8. New Sign for Shop/Garage

I would like to work mostly with redwood because it carves so nice but I see the day fast approaching where HUD & Cedar will be all that's available. Redwood is getting hard to come by for sure. Local supplier for heartwood disappeared about a year ago. For the last seven years I've had relative...
  9. New Sign for Shop/Garage

Wow, I'm overwhelmed by the extremely warm welcome and all the positive comments. Thank You all very much! I'm very appreciative! -Size - 39"h x 31"w x 1.5"d -Horizontal laminate - Good question. I guess I've always pretty much designed and fabbed my blanks in that configuration. Also, being...
  10. New Sign for Shop/Garage

Just wanted to share a photo of my sign I'm hoping to get hung this weekend when the time changes. I need to re-paint the garage gable first and it's still freezing nights :banghead:. It's 2x6 redwood, designed in flexi, dxf'd into V-Carve Pro, on into Mach3 and then carved on my Joe's 4x4 R&P...
