Were the items previously washed? I have had issues when people wash their clothes and they use fabric softener, the vinyl will fall off. I just had a customer two days ago that brought me a shirt to press. The vinyl wouldn't stick to it at all. I had to wash the area with dawn detergent to...

is the media buckled in that area? It looks like it's hitting the printer heads as it prints. I have some print runs that I have to sit and babysit the print because it will buckle up and hit the printheads. Not enough to jam it, but enough to graze the vinyl. If it's not what BigNate says...

It's possible you bit off more than you can chew.

I'm late to the party here, but IMHO you've got too many words on it. When that trailer is driving by you, you cant read all of that information. Does he have pictures that you can use to showcase his work? If it were me, I'd put the name of the company, phone number, address, email, website...

can you open versaworks and then import your flexi file? will it read it?

In flexi, when you add the contour cut, it adds the registration marks to the print file.

Oh. I understand your dilemma. You are going to have to get a flexi subscription outright from SAI.

oh. well once you load the printer into flexi, it will print the crop marks that will be compatable to your plotter.
