is the media buckled in that area? It looks like it's hitting the printer heads as it prints. I have some print runs that I have to sit and babysit the print because it will buckle up and hit the printheads. Not enough to jam it, but enough to graze the vinyl. If it's not what BigNate says...
I'm late to the party here, but IMHO you've got too many words on it. When that trailer is driving by you, you cant read all of that information.
Does he have pictures that you can use to showcase his work?

So, I stopped the print and started it back up again and it printed. I will say that there was another raising canes banners that had an "invisible printable" layer (I've never seen that message before).
It printed correctly.
I am printing banners today. One of the banners is for Raising Canes. The red in the banner is the same red color in the entire banner. The elements on top of the red are basically punched through so you see the image on top of a big red rectangle.

I've had 3-4 of them tell me that the briteline printable autowrap is Arlon SLX. I've never used general formulations. Do they have a low initial tack cast wrap?
