I'm right there with you. I need to change mine as well but can't find any information or videos showing the process. Did you figure it out? Were you having problems that made you need to or want to change the dampers?

Do a nozzle Wash.. I can give you info on how to do it so the head soaks and it might clean things up for you.

If you are still having an issue I might be able to help you troubleshoot it. I use Illustrator, Finecut 8 and Rasterlink and get good results.
