VanderJ, Thank you for responding. I have tried 2 new cap tops. Same thing going on. I've never had an issue with cap tops being bad out of the box. Where else would air be coming into the system?

I am getting no suction when pulling from below the cap on the Magenta head. The print head is barely printing. Could this be a bad damper? Where is the best source for instructions on changing the damper? Thank you

VanderJ, Could an old/failed damper be the cause of non suction for your test? I just replaced the magenta cap top and i'm getting very little suction on my magenta head when pulling air down. Thanks!

I think you are confirming what I am describing in my situation as what is supposed to be the case. All digits but last 3 are the same in Net tool and VW. Last octet is different... VS: "Printer Settings" different from Net Tool console. To your last point about making sure there isn't another...
