Not at all, no offence and a good point. I have a number of these machines and this is not right. May just break for parts as I can't seem to solve it, going to try swapping out the keypad.

Just had some time to look at this more closely and it seems there is some tiny movement being transferred to the x and y axis in slow mode, really odd. I'm going to try swapping it out with a keyboard from a different model just to test it so I'm hoping a HS15 keyboard might work, it looks...

same on both axis, lights up, I'll try the fittings again, just seems odd.

Tried different key pads, no luck

Just switched my HS15plus on today and for some reason whne I press the slow key the arrows don't seem to move the tool head, it has stopped working. It works fine if I knock the slow key off. I have a GS15 doing the same thing for no apparent reason. Does anyone have a fix or solution? Thanks Jason

It was the large gear they drives the belt, should have got a picture. Such a small piece of dirt :(

Just an update, took the side off and the cog had a very small piece of dirt lodged in it. Quick clean with a toothbrush and all fine, phew. Thank you so much. I was just about to plug in my HS15 backup.

Just in the middle of a job and the cutter seemed to max out to the left. It is now stuck, says y axis overload if I try to move it to the left I can't move the knife housing to the right either. It literally feels like it is hitting a brick wall as you try to push it to the right. Any...

I have a printhead with a blown pixel at the bottom. Have a new replacement being fitted shortly. I can email you some prints if you are still after a replacement?
