    I did that but it didnt clear the problem, i eventually got it to go on another user configuration but i cant keep doing that every time. Thinking there has to be folder somewhere that is storing the job and i need to find how to clear it.

    When sending a job to cut to Summa s160 using summa winplot i keep getting this error. Cutter is working ok when i send a contour cut from hp9000, it only happens when im cutting vinyl. Any ideas?
