    are you running UV Hard or F-200 flexible ink? if you're running hard either damper will work (white or grey), but if you're running flexible you have to order the new style damper (grey). to my knowledge the ones on digiprint are the older white dampers which are only good for uv hard ink.

    Anyone have any tips for matching customer supplied graphic colors? At the moment we are running a Minolta CR-221 Chroma meter to get the values, printing color chips with those values and measuring the difference, then printing again. This can take up to all day having the printer locked up...

    is it wiping the head after every print or running a cleaning? there is a setting in function>maintenance>int. wiping which if set to 1 to my understanding wipes the head after every print.
