    If the future signs are to be ADA, the core won't matter. You will have to apply a 1/32" minimum applique to meet the regulation for the tactile elements.

    New to this forum, not much of a designer, but this card..if it was handed to me..I would have to really work at figuring out what your trying to sell, Ice, a truck or cream. Colors and background are nice though.

    How about transfers printed with a cheap inkjet printer and heat pressed on to the shirt. Transfers are available from many vendors. Inkjet printers can be had for a couple of hundred dollars. If you have a heat press, your all set. Try checking out one of the forums that tell all about doing...
  5. 3/8 matte black acrylic

    Don't know the application, but could you bond 3 -1/8" pcs together? Are you making letters out of it? It could be laser cut and then bonded together to make the thickness. Weldon solvent acrylic adhesives (or others) would do the job.
  6. Here's a "What would you do?" for you...

    If you do agree to replace all this stuff, insist on the old stuff being delivered to you. This will insure your not being victimized and the client just continuing to use the items with the small error in them. Good luck!
