As the title suggests, I'm looking for the best seller of heavy duty sign stakes. We typically have our signs at 24" x 36" and have noticed that the stakes being used aren't recommended for signs over 24" x 24". You wouldn't think that'd be such a big deal, but when the winds come.. it is. So...

I've had that issue happen far too often, as well. Try saving the file as .eps instead.That's usually all I have to do to get it to work.

Agreed on the IJ180C and allowing for a full 24 hour gas off before laminating.. That's our go-to for vehicle wraps.

We use 3M's 40C-10R for everything. For anything requiring a bit more tack, I'll opt for the IJ180.

We've used 3M IJ36-20 vinyl with an overlaminate before and it held up really well, but I believe that it needs to be installed when the weather is at least 40*

That's actually pretty close to what I'm doing, currently. Because we get better blacks and vibrant colors from the solvent, I'll delegate those jobs there and the jobs that have more Pantone specific needs or are just regular ol' graphics will go to the UV. I do have more specific profiles set...

That makes a TON of sense and I never even thought about that. In all honesty, I'm mostly trying to dig for some professional input on whether or not the calibrating tools would be a beneficial expenditure for my boss to make, or if it would be more smart for him to pay someone else to come set...
