Have you tried rolling out media to see if curl is present in the roll itself?

We have decided to undersize it slightly, to avoid overspray on the belt. We're going with 47.5" on the ACM width by 72" in length.

We have a job for a MaxMetal ACM sign 48x72", but the media price difference between 60x120" sheets and 48x96" sheets is big. I prefer not to print to the edge and risk spraying onto the belt. Is anyone printing full bleed onto the belt on their R1000 or R2000? What challenges, issues or...

That's great feedback, because it's an expensive part. Our printer keeps asking for intermediate tanks and printheads. Another thread here pointed to a failing ink pump (ours is about 5 years old with daily use.) Is there a troubleshooting guide?

This thread is still helping people in January 2024! Just discovered yesterday that ProEdge Systems went out of business. We've used our system only a handful of times since about 2005. I just contacted TrimUSA to order more trim.
