how are you storing them. is your laminate tension to high?

i would suggest double checking all your flexi settings. make sure everything is in place. what process do you use to make and print your graphics

they make high temp vinyl used on things like brake calipers and rims

you said your using the edge guides you slide in to place? you need to make sure you keep good tension on it.. i run 10oz now and then and cant say it really ever head strikes

i would suggest 2 things. look at your o-rings for your black or the manifold might have a crack in it. i would look over those 2 areas.

the area and position your looking to fill is an hour wage of $16-20 anything less than that and you will get someone much less than what you need. if you have the time i would suggest finding someone that can start in production and take on a little design work then once trained give them more...

no the truck tail gate wrap of a bound girl was in texas. i know the designer for the tail gate. he did others. last time i talked with him. he had gotten a lot of flack over it but didnt go out of business...

i would run your carriage to the far end of the machine and physically inspect it for breaks or anything that looks odd.

they are a universal symbol. just download a new vector look a like one. throw some type at it. and call it a day. unless he wants it to look exactly like that one. i would say dont waste your type, just typeset a new one really fast and be done

first question, did you clean the contacts in your carriage is your ribbon cable still in good shape did you look under the carriage to make sure there isnt any stuck there

i am not sure for that exact brand, i would start with 10 -15 and see how it feels. do a few more if needed. i know the ones i use have to be rewinded a little more as they age

i am lucky i work in a bubble. we have very little contact with the end customer. we normally dont do signs or odd jobs unless someone in house needs a sticker or banner for his kids football team. i work for a bus dealership so we do buses. day in and day out.
