Have you logged into your printer and look at the service support report? It shows the number of nozzles that have issues in each print head.

Use cast. We tried calendared on our windows just as a test and the vinyl starts to crack at the corners in 3-4 years. As stated in the other response, the cost difference is minimal.

Just be aware that if you get a printer with a cutter, you lose your printing time while it is cutting.

We have always made illuminated push through letters with white translucent, acrylic. I have a customer demanding clear acrylic with diffusing vinyl 2nd surface and translucent 1st surface. We will make it the way the want it but I just want to understand what I can expect with the clear.

Does anyone know if the Markolon SL(SinLife) poly sheet has a vinyl/sun side? I am applying a tranlucent printed vinyl graphic on this and the panels are not marked as I have seen on other type sheets.
