CJV30-BS 160 Head Lock Error #170 can somebody provide some troubleshooting tips: print head gets stuck and the printer displays the error #170 Print head lock! I then have to reboot the printer and use a screw driver to push down the lever that holds the head..and then after that it works just fine but then weeks later the error re-appears!
CG-60SR plotter: Please explain contour cutting in detail: if I print my artwork with registration marks around and take it out to the plotter what are the settings needed to execute the contour cutting function, the only cutting I can on this plotter is basic don't really know how to cut after print,the manual is not quite to me on the subject...thank you for advise in advance
