  • RSC,
You are very welcome! Forums are great places to find help, sometimes I wonder how we did things without the internet and forums. Glad you worked out the problem and that you got your printer serviced. Those head strikes scare the crap out of me! I get a little paranoid when we have one, then get back to normal. I think you are right, temperature inside our shop can add to the head strike stituation as well, as do temps on your printer or profile. What software are you using? I understand I may not hear from you right away. I don't log in everyday either. Sometimes more often than on other days. Great forum though!
Hope all your prints go smoothly! Happy Holidays!
    Suz
Hello RSC, I see you have the same printer I have and that you recently posted your experience using Briteline. I just did the same. I had no issues with head strikes. If you are still interested, I can share what my settings were, but it may not be relevant as I am using the Shiraz software. I'd be willing to share though. My prints turned out great, but I found the Briteline less than suitable for the more extreme curves of the rear window of the van. For the side windows, it seemed to work just fine.
