I literally just did that right before you replied and it seemed to fix the issue. It was dried up ink on the bottom of the carriage. I can't beileve I overlooked something so small. Live and learn something new everyday. Thank you so much for the reply!

I have had a few headstrikes in the past and one recent. I'm not the greatest at reading this so any help would be appreciated haha. I do see the optimizer does have more nozzles out that the others though. Would that be enough to be the cause?

It has 1850ml fired through. Realistically, how long/should they last? Also, all of the colors come out perfect on the color calibration. No fuzziness or bleed at all. All of the printheads say "OK" under the status tab

Just took mine off and it was broken at the same exact spot as yours. That's actually a great idea. I might have to try and do something like that. I did find a whole assembly online for $500. Might as well try and fix this one before I go that route.

Who do you y'all think manufactures this gold? I've been looking and really haven't found any similar to this. Kind of hard to go off of pictures from the websites to the actual vinyl roll.
