Ok we did pull a suction thru the line and damper yesterday when we changed the damper . Still no change :(

How do u prime head manually? Is that pulling a suction thru the lines?

If the pump is going bad by chance why would all the other colors fine? We changed the damper and filled it still missing some magenta.

We have pulled through line and damper and we get ink just fine but when we test draw i get very very very little cyan ... if any at all but all other colors look good. we have noticed that the capping station for the cyan is dry. What else can we do or try??? we have tried so much and dont...
