Credit card companies charge any where from 21% to 30% interest on any unpaid balance each month. Why not put on your bills and a sign in the office that says XX% interest on all unpaid balances. If they are going to borrow your money why not make them pay for it.

Oh, BTW I would put the NO REFUNDS ON APPROVED WORK just above where they sign to approve your work.

I do not print business cards or do banners but if I did I would have printed on the estimate sheet, the approval sheet and the final sales reciept "ALL APPROVED WORK FINAL....NO REFUNDS ON APPROVED WORK" This would eliminate the problem.
