Outdoor Jr will not even try to print colors, the head doesn't even move. It just spits out a little material and that is it. Will print black. Had my helper print a big print and everything turned out good, then next print nothing. Has anyone had this to happen to them.

Hey Bob thanks for your help! I have another crazy question for you. When you design something you use standart RGB colors? Then let the rip software do the corrections for CMYK? Cause sometimes I have to play around with the colors to find the right Green or blue etc. Should I do this with RGB...

When I print out something with no color correction it really looks bad (dull). Not trying to sound crazy but how do you ensure the pics are CMYK and not RGB.

When tring to print flames from my vehicle graphics cd and setting the rendering intent to relitive colormetric, the graphic looks good on screen but dull when it prints. I am using the outdoor fal. 36 inch and running Flexi 8. The colors are not rich, everything looks dull. I really had not...

Problem fixed. SW sent me the lines and the install was a snap. Works great.

As the print head moves to the left it bends the ink line going to the head just a very little bit, and over time it has caused the black one to break. A couple of the others look to be on their way to doing the same thing.

Talked to SW and they have fixed the bill problem. Ron is working with me on getting the printer going.

SW has always made me pay beforehand (credit card). I have called them again to try to handle the issue. Ron from SW called this morning and he was very helpfull and said he would do whatever it took to fix the problem. I have never had any problems with SW.

Going into the waste bottle there are two small lines and one big line. While cleaning the two small lines have ink coming through but the big one does not. forgot to mention. I tried to print a 30 x 10 square of 100% black and as it started out it printed some black (with white lines throughout) but then nothing. Over 3/4 of the print was blank.
