I would use deco brite fabric for the cape...Creative banner could make this for you in a snap!

I have a very different job to see if you can do. This will be a cape for the back of a car. It would have to be light weight I would imagine so it flaps in the wind. The size is 39" x 5'. The background is red with a yellow lighting bolt in the middle. That's what I need! lol Kinda weird but can you do this? Even if it's just a rectangle, I can attach it by shoving it in the trunk door to attach it. If you can do this, how much would this cost so I can give the price to my customer. Thanks!

Not sure just how to work this thing. Have an excavetor wanting 100 2 sided approx 18" x 24 " printed signs. Wants a U shaped stake with "paper (?) sign folded over and stapled together like a political sign. What info would you need.?
