Hi Pete,
Nobody has mentioned this specifically yet. The problem is so frustrating because it isn't consistent. I have wiped the rollers with a dry lint free cloth, is there anything specifically I need to use to clean them? I have checked and there are no flat spots on them and they look good. I am using 6 pinch rollers, this is my way of trying to ensure that isn't the source of the mis-cut.
Sometimes I get 2 - 4 good sheets of decals cut (approx 48" wide x 36" long which is way smaller than I want to print, I keep it this small due to wastage) and then all of a sudden either the scan cut line will be off or the feed one will...but just for part of the page, not the entire sheet. I do an enviro match often, and it seems to help, but not fix it every time.
If you had any more ideas, I would love to listen! Thanks for your earlier insight.
Gayle
