Dave, I saw a post you made referencing "Head wash" function & cleaning cartridges. I have an Roland SP300V, the black isn't firing & I have tried the head with solution on a swab & several heavy cleaning cycles. I have the regular User's Manual not a "service Manual" hopefully you're familiar with my machine & can point me in the right direction.
