This may sound dumb but its worked for us before.
check the head height lever on the print head assembly/blade assembly.
We were baffled once while experiencing similar issues. Finally checked it and lowered the assembly and the problems disappeared.
We deal mainly with 3 different transit authorities. THEY will not allow us to wrap the interiors and even have qualms about covering certain exterior windows.
However, we have recently been approached by a local college to wrap the outside and inside of their transport busses.
Since these...
You could even shorten it to just "We want your REPEAT business!" or "We want to earn your REPEAT business!"
I agree with everyone in that starting a slogan with such a negative statement turns people off from the get-go un less its "Pun-ny".
I think the font in the second one makes the word "pannini" an eye sore. I like the first one. What would it look like if the skyline was that green in stead of black? Just a thought...
Ahh well I misunderstood you then. Maybe ill give them a shot. We do crank out A LOT (ALL of the transit for Buffalo Roc and Syr) and it would be a signifigant savings.
How new are they? You said have head of no horror stories?
Thanks!

This method works, just double check...
I know this is an old post but I was surfing :P
We tried these guys out a while back and they were nothing but a headache. We used to get 54" rolls of styrene from them that would take up to a month to get. When we received the ridiculously large bills we noticed a hidden shipping fee of $500...
hah those were awesome! I heard Reubens is making another movie...dunno when.
