What tool are you using? Do you put transfer paper on top of print before cutting? Are you using registration dots to line up print for cutting? I have seen this before when the vinyl stretches and doesn't line it up correctly.
Congratulations on your new toy! If you need help with tool selection, feeds and speed let me know. You can email me or call at josh@xedgetools.com or 866.591.9991.
If you are cutting more vinyl and material that is more knife focus I would stick with a machine that does knife first and router second. CWT Colex and MultiCam Celero are much faster then a router with a knife like the Apex 1R.
This material should cut pretty easy. We have lots of customers cut this material. I would recommend a 3/16 or 1/4" tool. We offer a coated tool that will last longer. Its a little more expensive but may work better for your application. You can use the single flute Viper XVO2232 run it at...
I know MultiCam sell a felt/belted material and they do special sizes. I'll attach link below. Hope this helps and good luck.

What is the max RPM of your spindle? We have customers using the XR2062M-CBmm This is a 6mm tool with a 25mm cut length. This tool has 3 flutes low helix which will help with top cut quality. The customers run tool 24,000-36,000 RPM at 200 to 300 IPM. Hope this helps...
Yes this is sad. But if you don't have the attendance, you don't have a show. I was really hoping to meet a lot of you that where going. Hope to see you guys soon.
How thick was the material? Looks like the knife was not cutting it. It looks like the top was being ripped on the shank of the knife and not cutting with the blade. I have routed this and dragged it routed with Razor(XR2062-CB) at 1,800 IPM and with the knife XZ0046(Z46) at 800 IPM depending...
We have a 2 customers that cut this material that I know off. First customer has great vacuum and stack 4 sheets at a time and use our 2 flute compression 3/8" tool XC2023-M. 20,000 RPM at 500 IPM...
I have seen many CWT run and they have a great group of guys in Dallas. I would agree with Marc and CWT uses a collar system on there tools. So you can be limited on tools you can use. I was at a shop this morning and they had a Celero 3 It was a really well built digital finishing CNC and was...
Congratulations on the CNC! Here are the tools I would recommend. Let me know if you have any questions.

We test our tools with a MultiCam 1R with a drag knife and oscillating knife. This is a great router and knife system. We also have a MultiCam 3000. This is older and does not have a knife system. Both have been amazing with no problems. Might be worth looking into. I wish you best of luck...
What is the grade of aluminum? Are you using anything for cooling? 060. aluminum comes in multiple grades example 3003, 5052, 6061 and others. Softer aluminum like 3003 and T3 you cut slower. Harder aluminum you can cut faster.
Jontel, Do you still need help with this? DiBond/Polly Metal and aluminum cut way different. What grade of aluminum are you cutting 3003, 5052 or 6062? Hope I can help.
Regards,
Josh
