I do have a new ribbon cable coming.
As far as the head, I never did a complete "System/Head" flush. just ran some cleaning fluid through the nozzles before installing it, changed dampers, pulled ink into them and I thought I was good to go - Wrong.
As far as the electrical end, wow, not very...

I(Red Dog I just posted on 2/4)am in the exact same boat after reading your post, havent been through as many heads, but I did notice when I flushed my head when I got it it did the same thing with the nozzles.
ChecK my last post to see if the attached photo is what you are getting...
when I changed the head, the ribbon cables went into the connector hard.
one lone wire (wire 1 on inside) seem to lift so i flattened back down and pushed it in.
Would this be a cause???

just did a head soak, cleaned around capping station, did strong cleaning,
ink came through lines to holding tank, running some test prints.
I dont know why the nozzle check was still the same

I Just put a new valve on the black sub tank, I checked the hidden menu on the key pad to make sure they are all on and it does not seem to fill the bladder. the stainless steel plate is still out from the senors
Ideas??
Thanks

Printing on 3m180C with Flexi/flexi rip, question is the colors using 3M's color profile( in flexi Production Manager) seem dull and the reds are awful. Can or what other media profile are used to get a brighter image in all color areas.
thanks
