I had my color swatch just right with all of our custom colors. When flexi updated it reverted back to the default even though I though I had selected to keep the existing swatch. Does anyone know if there is a simple solution to getting my custom swatch table back?
Thanks in advance
3d printing is slow. Printing anything substantial would take days. Also, just think of it as a cnc controlled hot glue gun. The ABS or PLA has higher melting points but out in the sun it will soften enough that it warps. I make injection molded emblems and use a 3d printer to prototype. I once...
Yeah, when the printer worked it did well. After about 6 months I had built up a good bit of work but had to cancel a lot of them due to downtime. I’d say I lost over $20k in jobs over 14 months. I certainly was hyped up about the 700w initially but it didn’t take too much time to see that so...
Well, our first 700w worked for a couple months until all of the ink lines leaked everywhere inside the printer. We were down for about 4 weeks. After that it was monthly, each time down for 1-2 weeks. At the 11 month mark I asked for a refund or a new printer and got a new one. It arrived new...
We have an adobe creative cloud subscription and use the adobe stock. We get free credits each month and they roll over if you don’t use them. Vectors, high resolution photos, etc.
Haven’t really needed to look elsewhere for much.
In my opinion you’ve gotta find a niche or have customers already that would buy the products you’d be making with the cnc.
There are a lot of cheaper laser cutters that can cut small scale stuff like acrylic flush cut templates that people use to make cutting boards and stuff like that…you’d...
I believe they are compatible with flexi.
I had two of them when I first started. They don’t track well for anything over several feet in my opinion. If you do basic lettering and smaller stuff there’s nothing wrong with buying one if that’s what your budget allows for. Just know you’ll have to...

I had the same problem and tried all of the aforementioned fixes. Had no real success aside from choking @ 4. It only worked on some prints, others that needed more detail just never looked acceptable to us.
The white ink system on the 700w nearly had me committed to a psych ward.
The cad programs I work with can import pdf and convert them to a usable and editable format. If you are an engineer I feel this is an easy undertaking to do as you’re most likely trained in a cad program.
Nothing wrong with raising prices at all. Sounds like you need to. It’ll shorten your wait list, probably improve the quality of customers you retain, and your job satisfaction will be greater.
I worked for two different companies in two different industries that hired business consultants. The following is a summary list of what the company owners and managers had to say.
1. It was too costly of an investment for a small percentage increase of ROI. A small company (less than 30...
If it’s a vehicle you do regularly and would be worth investing $ into paying someone to make the templates for you try Procutfiles. They do it, not sure of the cost for that service. I’ve bought other vehicle specific templates from them for jeep hoods and stuff and it’s always spot on.
