to add to this, by having measurements any future order (new vehicle or repair) can be duplicated and look consistent.
We have / take a print out of the digital proof and make measurements notes during installation, which helps when doing side 2, and then keep this on the account for future...
plotter reflective doesn't need lamination, you have already done lamination on the print
this is an interim sign, call it good and wait for the full redo
The tactile looks textured and has rounded edges, also the color is full depth. I would suggest a UV-printed production method
hard to tell with the Braille, assuming UV Printed instead of raster beads
the gap between the back layer and middle layer is from a thick VHB tape
Shipping that size is going to eat the margins, also have to worry about transit damages.
we did a 36" x 48" yesterday and the shipping alone was $38 something
Mount inhouse will be your ideal option

Measure the spacing / placement and "print" the registration marks, which will make placing the grommets much faster
Dibond does not offer much security. the skin is THIN .012", so it will dent / damage easily
If you want "security" you need to look at a solid substrate, 063" or 080" aluminum

* DESIGN
* PRODUCT (including raw material for sign frames etc...)
* LABOR
* MISC ( mileage, equipment rental, special situation, etc...)
