You could also download a free trial copy of Genetica or Filter Forge and make a true matching on all four sides pattern out of anything you choose at whatever final size you want on software designed for the purpose. Either publisher also has thousands of professional quality seamless textures...
There's a video that I came across and can't find right now that shows the changing to different characters. It involved selecting the character once typed and right clicking it. Doing that showed the alternate characters available and allowed selecting the one you want.
I used to use them when I first ventured into making signs 50 years ago. I bought a machine that vacuum formed plastic sheet which we then finished as magnetic signs. The roller brayers were then used coat the tops of letters with screen ink.
