hey all does anyone know the part number for the pinch rollers on an EPSON surecolor S60600? I cant seem to find my manual and the ones online arent very clear
has anyone ever seen this happen? I loaded in a job and went to select my settings and all the text is missing. everything has been printing fine with all of the correct settings but no read out in the module.
any help would be great,
I run on Caldera 15
hey all I recently had to reconnect the internal network drive that my cut files for caldera visual rip are stored on, after I was reconnected I get the error from visual cut that " can't open image" can anyone help? my cut production is at a stand still.
i have a graphtec 6000 and a graphtec 8600 however the are being ran from 2 different computers because they are not located in the same room, and the issue ay be occuring that we only have one cut license and it cannot be used on two different computers
do you happen to have a video explaining exactly how to do this? because I tried to follow up what I thought was set up procedures for that and it was giving me a licensing error when trying to run the other plotter, I have my rip set up on one computer and my plotter running off of another...
so I got it to run cut only files like in the link you posted, however we only have one license for a cutter on caldera, but we have 2 cutters, one cutter runs off of caldera and the other off of cut master 4, however with cut master 4 there i no plug in for mac and corel 21 yet
so the problem with cutting master 4 is there is not a plug in for corel 21 yet, and I cant find a suitable work around because currently I only have access to corel, cutting master 4, and caldera,
hey all
I am trying to set up my graphtec plotter to run with caldera, and currently I have everything set up as far as hot folders and connections, however I cannot send anything directly to the cutter using cut lines only. I thikn I am missing a step but im not sure what that step is since I...
so even mirroring the tiff file the color shifted... at this point im throwing the towel in, and giving my installer the top 1/4 of each panel and letting him line it up where he sees fit
So import the pdf. Save as a high resolution bitmap, and save as the bitmap and then import the bitmap to flexi and then mirror the bitmap? Did I get those steps right?
So I thought about that as well and tired to move everything separately and that didn't work either. I think the photoshop route might be the way I go for a quick fix. The files were built horribly and at this point iv reprinted everything already wasting a ton of time and material.
Hey all,
I am sitting here screaming at this one. I have a pdf file with a gradient over the whole thing. Can someone help explain why flexi is shifting the gradient darker when I try to mirror the pdf inside of the flexi platform? I need to print some extra for a wrap I'm doing and the person...
prepress and post press is covered in a different cost analysis for us, this is just focused on the press itself, I know there are electricity costs and other upkeep costs, but I dont know quite how to delineate that into a perjob cost
I have all my factors pretty well covered except the actual cost of the wear and tear on the machine, and the upkeep costs, basically I dont know if I need to charge 20 an hour of press operation costs? or like a flat rate of $100 to simply use the press? Im kinda just looking for a number that...
I have everything figured out for time and what not, I just dont know how much to charge per hour of press time, or should I charge a flat rate for press time? but basically I need to factor in wear and tear on the press to cover maintence costs, I just dont know how much to build into the pricing
Creating a quoting tool for myself to use, and I was curious how you all calculated press time? is there any benefit to doing it as an hourly rate vs a flat rate? any input would be greatly helpful as I know there are a lot of factors that go into it
