Never, as in never.... did we ever print directly to a magnet. Not worth the risk. Now, we print them on the flatbed.

Looks more like rfp. Double sided tape will stick to it. We've done plenty of those. The letters just have some nice clear spacers on the back. Glue 'em or tape 'em, whatever floats your boat. We used tape with a dollop of silicon here and there.

That's so small, why not tape it off and use some industrial grade oil based paint and go to it ?? Don't forget to wear a hat.

Outta curiosity, what's the overall size of the grid you need to put up there ??
