Customer has had it on for about 10 months

I did look at it. (forgot to take pics) it is in holes all over the graphic & the graphic feels scuffed. I'm really not sure what happened. Need to know what to do to make sure that doesn't happen again.

I started using Fellers when Midwest merged with Grimco. Make sure & utilize your Fellers rep for pricing though. They can often beat the webpage pricing. I still use Grimco for substrates as I haven't found better pricing or shipping elsewhere yet.
